On July 3, 2026 Walter John Rasmussen beloved husband of Mary C. Rasmussen; devoted father of Jeffrey D. Rasmussen and his wife Jamie and Kevin M. Rasmussen and his companion Kelly; dear brother of Richard Rasmussen and his wife Carol, Dennis Rasmussen, Charles Rasmussen and his wife Betty Jo; brother-in-law of Joan Rasmussen, Mark Glascock and his companion Becky; loving grandfather of Christopher, Jackson, Jace and Jeffrey Rasmussen, Jr. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Essex VFW, 206 Riverside Road, Essex, MD 21221 on August 9th from 2 to 6pm.
