On January 15, 2025 S. Donald Peterson beloved husband of Margaret "Margie" Peterson (nee Stricker); devoted father of Christopher M. Cochran and his girlfriend Camille Candella and Timothy M. Cochran and his wife Jill; cherished son of the late Seth S. Peterson and Athleen P. Sexton; dear brother of Ralph R. Peterson and his wife Barbara and Sharon K. Taylor and her husband Ronald and the late Bennie D. Peterson, Darlene M. Loskot and Betty L. Thomas; loving grandfather of Kendyl S. Cochran and her fiancé Logan Isley, Lauren R. Hegeman and her husband Jeff, Tyler Zimmerman and Shelbie J. Cochran. Also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

A church service will be held at the Mount Christian Church, 1824 Mountain Road, Joppa, MD 21085 on Saturday, February 8 at 11am. A Celebration of life will be held at the Landing Strip immediately following.
