Ruby Marie (Dowell) Singleton

On August 28, 2025 Ruby Marie Singleton beloved wife of the late Robert A. Singleton, Jr.; devoted mother of Sheila L. Scheuerman and her husband Michael, Patricia L. Dawson and her husband Richard and the late Robert A. Singleton III; dear sister of Eloise Hagy, Bonnie Hackler and the late Mack B., Dane, Robert, Charles, Beall and Hubert Dowell; loving grandmother of Ashley (Jacob), Tyler (Sarah), Zach (Jenn), Sara (Johnny); great grandmother of James, Matthew, Lizzy, Charlie and Emmie. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.

Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Chapel, 3 Newport Dr, Forest Hill, MD 21050 on Wednesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm. A graveside service will be held at Harford Memorial Gardens on Thursday at 12noon followed by entombment.
