On June 29, 2020 Rose "Toots" Agnes Marie Chaney beloved wife of the late Paul Chaney; devoted mother of Amanda and Jerome Chaney and the late Carletta Chaney; dear sister of Teresa Horney and the late John Leap; sister in law of the late Harry Horney III; loving grandmother of Carly Morgan and Lily Mezewski; cherished aunt of Blake Leap, Jerry Horney and Harry Horney, IV; great aunt of Farrah Leap, JJ Horney and Olivia Horney.

A graveside service will be held at Bel Air Memorial Gardens on Tuesday at 11 AM.
