Obituary

On May 1, 2022 Richard "Rick" Franklin Mast beloved husband of Sandra L. Mast (nee Hanks); devoted father of Christian "Chris" R. Mast and his wife Carri and Shawn L. Mast; loving grandfather of Emily Miller and her husband Ryan and Hunter and Tanner Mast; great grandfather of Oliver and Kylie Miller.

A celebration of life will be held at the FOP Lodge 4, 9304 Harford Road, Parkville, Maryland 21234 on Saturday, May 7, 2022 from 3:00 to 6:00PM. Service will begin promptly at 3:00PM.
