Otto “Junior” Alvery Stafford, Jr. passed away Thursday, January 6, 2022 at home. Otto was the son of the late Otto and Anna Stafford (née Keene) of Church Creek, Maryland. Otto is a retired employee of Bethlehem Steel with forty years of employment. He is the beloved husband of Frances Ann Stafford (nee Blackmore); devoted father of Otto "Ottie" A. Stafford III and his wife Jeanette, Giselle "Kitty" Y. Herring, Sheila A. Colvin and her husband Benjamin, Otea F. Stafford and the late Micah L. Stafford; cherished father in law of Andre F. Murray (care giver); brother of Celestine Travis and the late Norris Stafford, Geneva Brown, Norma Briscoe and Freeman Stafford; cherished father in law of Andre F. Murray loving grandfather of Johnathan C., Briana M., Titus, Joel and Joy L. Stafford, Serena D. Hendershot, Roger L. Herring III, Brian A. Colvin, Ashton B., and Auston B. Murray and the late Benjamin A. Colvin, Jr. Also survived by great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
