Melvin Theodore Biles, Sr.

Melvin T Biles Sr, age 88 of Baltimore, MD peacefully passed away the morning of February 14, 2026. Born in Punxsutawney,PA, he was the son of the late Orie and Grace Biles. He was the husband of the late Roxann Biles; devoted, father of Wendy, L Hamrick and her husband Paul, Vickie D Parlier and her husband Jeff, and the late Melvin “Teddy” Biles Jr; dear brother to the late Ruth Barnett and Orie Biles; loving grandfather of Brittany and Ryan Cox, Michael So Sr, Brandon Riggins and partner Bethany St. Lawrence, Rebecca Hamrick and partner Crystal Torres, and Devin Parlier; great-grandfather of Chloe, Sophia, and RJ Cox, Everly, Presley, and Michael So Jr, London Riggins, Gavin Wilfong, Delaney and Jamie Parlier. Also survived by many wonderful nieces, nephews, loving family, and friends.
