Mary Elizabeth Vielandi

On May 13, 2022 Mary Elizabeth Vielandi (nee Corcoran) at the age of 92, beloved wife of the late Thomas J. Vielandi passed away peacefully with loving family by her side. She was the devoted mother of Kathleen Anne Kwedar, Patricia Ann Williams, Carol Marie Diggins, Thomas James Vielandi, Mary Theresa Vester, James Brian Vielandi, Peter Andrew Vielandi,  Laura Nancy Jenkins, and Eileen Rose Mitrovich. Mary is loving grandmother of Kelly Titus, Martin Kwedar, Tricia Reech, Jennifer Handshoe, William, Megan and Mary Beth Diggins, Katie and Benjamin Vester, Christopher, Maggie, Rose and Thomas Vielandi, Robert, Catherine and Drew Jenkins and Allison and Emily Mitrovich. Also survived by twelve great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

Mary who was born in Bronx New York, but spent most of her life in Maryland where she dedicated her life to her Family and Faith. Mary also enjoyed books, crafts, and most of all Scrabble.

Family and friends are invited to Memorial Mass at Saint John's Catholic Church in Westminster on Thursday May 19, at 11:00 AM. In lieu of Flowers contributions can be made to the Christian Appalachian Fund or the Dove House in Westminster.
