On November 7, 2022 Mary Elizabeth Carter (nee Belt) beloved wife of the late Michael W. Carter; devoted mother of Jason Carter and his wife Angelica, Damon Carter and his wife Kellie, Michelle Lowman and her husband Jeff and Christine Barrett; dear sister of Nancy DiBartolemeo and her husband Tommy, Nora Stafford and her husband Dave, Linda Sommers and her late husband Ralph and the late Leonard Belt; loving grandmother of Wesley, Tricia and Avery Carter, Tiffany and Alicia Witkus, Amanda Davis and Lauren Barrett. Also survived by great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at the Evans Funeral Chapel, 8800 Harford Road on Monday at 12noon. Visitation will be held on Monday 10am to 12noon. Entombment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
