On June 14, 2023 Lloyd Daniel Phillips III fiance of Rebecca Breymier; loving father figure to Marlena Merryman; beloved son of the late Linda and Lloyd Phillips, Jr.; dear brother of Dana Smith and her husband Chris, Laura Sturgill and her husband David; cherished uncle of Michael Bellmyer, Jr., Blake and Daniel Jianniney and David and Ashley Sturgill; dear nephew of Harry Phillips and his wife Joann. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A farewell service will be held at the pier by the Havre d' Grace Lighthouse for the release of flowers 3 to 4pm. Then everyone is invited to join us for fellowship an lunchoen at the Golden Corral in Aberdeen.
