Elliott and her husband Kevin; dear brother of the late Elaine Neidecker and David J. Williams, Jr.; brother in law of Robert Neidecker and Doris Williams; loving grandfather of Blake, Kyle and K. Dale "Kelly" Williams III and Joshua, Christie and James Elliott; great grandfather of Braden, Aiden and Kaleb Williams and Julianna, Trystan and Matthew Elliott.
