On August 7, 2024 Judy Katherine Scruggs (nee Kestner) beloved wife of the late Clyde W. Scruggs; devoted mother of James E. Scruggs and his wife Diane, Brent S. Scruggs, Dana J. Magsamen and her husband Matt, Timothy D. Scruggs and the late Jonathan Scruggs; dear sister of Bruce Kestner and his wife Beverly, Jerry Kestner and his wife Barbara, Delores Wotring and her husband Robert, Mark Kestner and his wife Pam and Melvin Kestner and his wife Julie; loving grandmother of Jacob and Luke Scruggs, Alyssa Driggers, Nadia, Sophia and Clara Magsamen and Timothy Scruggs, Jr.; great grandmother of April and Rhett Driggers. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
