On June 25, 2026 Joseph Walter Westgate, Jr. devoted father of Jamie J. Westgate and his wife Haley; beloved son of Dolores Mason and the late Joseph Westgate, Sr.; dear brother of Sandy W. Groseclose and her husband Donald and the late Dennis M. Westgate; brother-in-law of Debbie Westgate; loving grandfather of Paul and Paige Westgate. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
