Suddenly, On August 30, 2020 Joseph Ray Richards, Sr. devoted father of Joseph Ray Richards, Jr.; loving son of the late Homer and Christine Richards; dear brother of Boyd J. Richards and Phillip Guthrie, William C. Richards and his wife Grace, Vicky Bowen and her husband Robert, Christine Richards and the late Homer T. Richards. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Marzullo Funeral Chapel, 6009 Harford Road on Wednesday at 11am. Visiting hours on Tuesday 3-5 and 7-9pm. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
