On July 22, 2024 Joseph "Joey" Edward Rhine devoted father of Alyssa Rhine; loving son of the late Victoria and James Rhine; dear brother of Sean Rhine and the late James, Robert and William Rhine. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at the Church of the Resurrection, Copley Parish, 700 Anchor Drive, Joppatowne, MD 21085 on Saturday, September 14 at 11am. Luncheon to follow.
