Joan Lee (Barnhill) Shea

Born Joan Lee Barnhill, June 3, 1938, to her late, loving parents Olivia and John Barnhill, Joan Shea (m.) is survived by her sister, Nancy Trott, her five children Julia Jaqueline Biondo, Simon Joseph Shea, Joshua Andrew Shea, Jason Timothy Shea and Jessica Elizabeth Shea; grandchildren Joseph Simon Biondo, Vincent Louis Biondo, Brady Shea, Will Shea, Aidan Lee J. Choksey, Kieran Cruz Choksey and Allison Leigh Shea, as well as her great grandchildren, Natalie Marie Biondo, Giuseppe Biondo, Isabella Mary Biondo, Vincent Joseph Biondo, and Via Rose Biondo.

“Grief is the price you pay for love.” MommaShea as we all know her, is so loved, and so this grief we all feel, was earned, and is an indicator and a testament to how she touched so many lives. For that we are forever grateful.

A Celebration of Life is to come, per her request, where we can all gather with joy and laughter; to share stories and memories of our time with her over the years.
