On June 2, 2021 JoAnn B. Ramsey (nee Browning) devoted mother of Vicki Shifflett and her husband Michael, Terry Ramsey and his wife Sheila and Connie Atkinson and her husband Charles; dear sister of Nancy Morris and her husband Don and Carolyn Cosner and her husband Del; loving grandmother of Christina Garland and her husband Timmy, Craig Shifflett and his wife Kristen, Chase Atkinson and his wife Laura, Corey Atkinson and his wife Jennifer and Chelsea Cavanaugh and her husband Andrew. Also survived by nine great grandchildren.
Services private. An interment will be held at a later date in Oakland, Maryland.
