Houshang Zanjani Tabar passed away peacefully on September 14, 2026, at the age of 84. Throughout his life, one of Houshang’s most consequential acts was having the courage to leave behind his homeland, his home, and everything familiar to him in pursuit of a better future for his family. Starting over in a new country required tremendous sacrifice, courage, and perseverance, but that decision changed the course of his family for generations.

The opportunities his children have had, the lives they have been able to build, and the possibilities now available to his grandchildren are all part of the legacy he leaves behind. His sacrifices reached far beyond his own lifetime and will continue through the generations that follow. He leaves behind Azar Zanjani, with whom he shared 62 years of life and family; his children, Homayoun Zanjani and Ramin Zanjani, his grandchildren, Tatiana Beltran, Jessica Zanjani, Olivia Zanjani, Isabela Zanjani, Abigail Zanjani, and his great grandchildren, Ava Beltran, Lorenzo Beltran, Giana Beltran, Adriana Zanjani and Avani Zanjani. Houshang will be remembered by his family not only for the life he lived, but for the future he helped make possible. One courageous decision created opportunities that would reach his children, his grandchildren, and generations he would never have the opportunity to meet. May he rest peacefully, knowing that his sacrifices mattered and that his story and legacy will live on through the family he leaves behind.
