Heath and his husband Michael Sweeney; dear sister of Russell and Will Burgess, Gloria Hughes and Carol Brandenberg; loving grandmother of Ryan and Mason Heath, Howard Ward III and the late Jennifer Ward; great grandmother of Avery, Delaney and Graham Ward. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
