Parker born July 27, 1955 departed this life peacefully On March 2, 2022 beloved wife of the late Rickie Parker; cherished daughter of Elsie Lingham and the late Robert Lingham, Sr.; devoted mother of Reneia J. Partlow and her husband Tavon, Rickie J. Parker and Reynard J. Parker, Sr.; dear sister of Connie Brooks, Robert Lingham, Jr., Wayne Lingham and Andre Lingham; loving grandmother of Rashand Parker, Sr., Darrius Brown, Amaya, Armani, Azja, Areya, Ashley, Justin, Ramiere, Ramell and Reyn Parker and the late Reynard Parker, Jr.; great grandmother of Ehzra, Nasion, Andrew and Rashand Parker, Jr. Also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of family.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
