On February 18, 2025 Dale Robert Hicks, Sr. beloved husband of the late Donna Hicks; devoted father of Sarah E. Hicks, Dale Hicks, Jr. and Justin Hicks; dear brother of Sharon Scarlett; loving grandfather of Elisa Kilmon. Also survived by other loving family members and friends.
