Christine Mary (Turner) Chance

Christine Mary Chance, age 75, resident of Edgemere, MD, died on Tuesday, June 7, 2022. She is survived by her husband and best friend, Warren M. Chance. 
She was born on July 2, 1946, the daughter of the late John and Jane Turner, in Methuen, Massachussettes. 
Christine worked as a waitress at what was The Eastern House for almost 40 years, serving up a smile. She enjoyed spending time with her family, finding amazing yard sale bargains and giving to others. She was an excellent cook and relished in Sunday family-dinners and tending to her flowers. She enjoyed her yearly trip to Ocean City with her family. Also worth noting is that she made the best crab cakes in Baltimore. She was kind, generous and strong. She was a fighter. She will be sorely missed by her loved ones. 
She is survived by her beloved son Paul Allred and wife Heather, daughter Lisa Eidman, siblings Hank Turner and wife Margaret of New Hampshire, beloved grandchildren Meghan, Paige, Rhys and Caramia Allred, Kelsey Eidman, and brother-in-law Pete LaCroix.
Preceding her in death were beloved siblings, Jerry Turner, Harry Turner, Particia Caron, Kathleen LaCroix, Mary Turner, and granddaughter Allison Eidman.

A Catholic prayer services will be held on Monday, June 13, 2022 at Evans Funeral Chapel, 8800 Harford Road, Parkville, MD 21234 at 1pm.Visitation will be held from 11am-1pm. Interment Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers. Donations can be made in her name to St Judes Children's Research Hospital.
