On September 14, 2023 Betty Sue Smith (nee Cantrell) devoted mother of Victor Rabon "Ray" Collier, Jr. and Randall "Randy" Wayne Williams; dear sister of Danny Cantrell, Donald Collins and the late Carl Cantrell and Jean Cochran; loving grandmother of Randall "Randy" Wayne Williams II, Victor Rabon "Ray" Collier III and Miranda Michele Williams; great grandmother of Kyra Leigh Bertholdt, Grace Carlyn Williams, Addison Gray Collier, Amelia Desiree Hart and Camden Jordan Williams. Also survived by other loving family and friends.
